Sales Negotiator

A **fantastic opportunity** has arisen for a** Sales Negotiator / Trainee** to join our client’s **busy office in Pimlico** They are looking for an individual who **enjoys meeting people,** is good on the phone and **thrives working in a target driven and fast-paced environment.**

Previous estate agency experience is not necessary as **full training will be provided;** however, you will ideally have had experience within a** target driven sales role** within another industry.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Registering prospective buyers
- Arranging and accompanying prospective buyers on viewings
- Gaining feedback following viewings
- Feedback to vendors
- Negotiation between buyers and vendors.

**Personal specification**:

- Some estate agency experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Team player and ability to work under own initiative
- Smart, well-spoken and highly motivated
- An excellent communicator
- Confident and outgoing
- Target driven
- IT literate - experience using Eurolink VECO would be beneficial
- Well presented
- Full UK driving licence.

The **salary package** **for this role will include a **basic of £20,000 to £25,000,** **plus a **performance related bonus** **and **regular incentives** throughout the year. A **car allowance** **will be provided.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 6pm, Fridays 8.45am to 5pm. Saturdays are alternated between team members.
