One of the region’s most well regarded and long standing multi-service law firms has an exciting opportunity within its dedicated Private Client team for a Wills and Probate Solicitor to join its Rotherham office.
You'll be joining an experienced Wills and Probate team consisting of qualified and non-qualified fee earners with full secretarial and paralegal support. You'll be a qualified Wills and Probate Solicitor (1 - 5 years’ PQE) with a background in handling a fullcaseload. Your caseload will be varied, and you'll deal with each case through its entirety.
As the successful Wills and Probate Solicitor you will be dealing with matters including, but not limited to:

- Wills
- Probate
- Administrating Estates
- Inheritance Planning/Trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
