Will Writer/estate Planner

Using your expert knowledge of estate planning and will writing your role will involve:

- Visiting clients in their home and providing them with appropriate advice, Instruction Taking and Attestation Services.
- Clearly and concisely explaining complex legal issues to clients surrounding estate planning.
- Adhering to Fielding Triggs compliance and sales process.
- Skilled in establishing a client’s needs and presenting the solution to the client to meet those needs
- Being proactive in marketing the company’s products and services - including pursuing upsells and referrals.
- Being committed to our culture to seek continuous personal improvement and to meet (or exceed) all professional development (CPD) targets.
- Positively managing professional relationships with Introducers.
- Obtaining referral business from new and existing clients and from your own initiative.

Your Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for people who can demonstrate a high level of skill, knowledge and experience in this field. In particular:

- A member of the Institute of Professional Will Writers or the Society of Will Writers would be advantge
- Experience in using draft writing software
- Bring demonstrable expert knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts and LPAs
- Have strong experience dealing face to face with clients
- Display exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Exhibit excellent time management skills
- Have the ability to use your own initiative and to generate referrals
- Present yourself professionally and show truly excellent client care skills
- Hold a full UK driving licence and own reliable transportation
