NFRS are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and driven individual to support the delivery of the Audit and Assurance activities required to meet the Assurance Function Plan and drive a positive culture within Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service (NFRS) as part of the Assurance team.

The role will work with internal and external stakeholders to manage and implement service policy and procedures, providing proactive, visible, and professional advice, support, and direction to all NFRS workstreams to help ensure NFRS is able to identify, control and manage service risk effectively, evidence compliance and identify service learning through audit and assurance activity.
