**LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED: EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR EXPANDING LAW FIRM. PART TIME OR FULL TIME CONSIDERED.**

We are looking for a Legal Administrator to help develop and grow our specialist law firm in Bolton.

The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Legal Administrator to provide the wider team with the support they need to provide exceptional legal services to our client. The successful applicant will have great communication skills, a strong work ethic and be a great team player. You will work under the supervision of our highly experienced senior management team who will support your career development, enhancing your skill set and legal experience.

The role will see you working autonomously alongside other team members, so it is essential that you can work well within a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Acting as a professional and friendly first point of contact to our clients and business partners;
- Assisting with data processing;
- Carrying out AML (Anti-money Laundering) checks;
- Assisting with the administration of office and client account;
- Providing general administration support to the wider team;
- Assisting senior management with ad hoc projects;
- Assisting with virtual diary management and updating our case management system;
- Assisting with reporting tasks;
- Producing formal minutes and notes at management meetings;
- Answering the telephone, taking messages and returning calls;
- Booking Counsel;
- Undertaking general research.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable;
- Strong administration and organisational skills;
- Strong written English skills;
- Positive, energetic and enthusiastic individual who is approachable and passionate about speaking to clients and delivering exceptional customer service;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Confident user of Excel and Microsoft;
- Excellent telephone manner;
- Flexible and dependable, with the ability to take the initiative;
- Have a positive approach to daily tasks and have a solution focused working method.
