This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £22,000 to £24,000, depending on experience, plus uncapped monthly bonuses.

We use a hybrid model, so the work will be split from home to the office, allowing you the flexibility to work in a way that suits you best.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage compliance files and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained
- Collaborate effectively with other departments within AJ Recruitment
- Utilise various sourcing strategies, including online platforms and networking such as social media, to attract top talent
- Adhere to AJ Recruitment's values-based approach and maintain a high level of professionalism

Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment or relevant transferable skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Hold a valid driver's license with access to a car
