**Pay & Hours**:

- £11.50 per hour rising to £11.80 after 6 months service. Additional 50p per hour for working nights
- 42 hours per week on nights
- Working on a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend)
- £500 welcome bonus (£250 to be paid at 2 milestones)

**The Role**:
As part of your role, you will run your allocated shift, administer medication, review care plans and assist with any personal care needs. You will also promote our residents’ independence at all times to improve their quality of life.

**About you**:
Previous experience as a senior care assistant or a valid NVQ level 2 in Health & Social care is essential for this role.

**Additional Information**:
