Allstaff Office Services Division based in the Paisley area, are seeking a temporary Office Assistant. This position has the potential to go permanent for the right individual.

As a temporary Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations in the office.

Duties of this role include:

- Maintaining and updating company databases and records.
- Carrying out compliance related checks.
- Responding to business social media account queries.
- Managing office supplies.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Supporting other departments as required.

We are keen to speak with those who have exceptional customer service skills with a professional and friendly manner.

This role is full-time position, Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm & Friday 9am - 3pm with 1 hour’s lunch break. However, would consider part time hours. Has a pay rate from £11 per hour. If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please submit your CV today
