The Business Management Graduate Scheme with Marketing Partners offers expert business development training by industry leaders, as well as working in partnership with national and international brands like BT, British Gas, Shell, Grubby to kick off your career.
Graduates from any majors are welcome, as full training is available. Our graduates will immerse in practical learning to develop skills within sales, marketing, branding, team leadership, business development and team management - all the skills to set up our graduates to be great.

As a Business Management trainee, you will develop skills in the areas of sales, customer relations, marketing, branding, finance, recruitment, and HR and administration:

- Sales: Increase sales revenues by generating more customer acquisitions through residential visitations or event-based sales.
- Customer Service: Manage general customer enquiries, problem-solving and promoting a range of promotional products and services.
- Marketing: Developing marketing strategies to increase sales in different demographics across the UK
- Business Management: Learn components of financial account management, budgets, payment reports, recruitment and interviewing, and administrative skills
- Team Management: Team leadership, teaching and training, mentoring
