Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an SEN specialist to support a specialist ASD school local to Broxbourne Hertfordshire. Supporting a range of pupils on a 1:1 basis we are looking for compassionate staff with school or youth work experience.As an OFSTED rated "Good" School with a strong family like community feel you will be providing 1:1 support various pupils with their learning. You may also be required to lead small groups of children.

A good understanding of SEN and behavioural needs is essential.
- Teaching Assistant experience is ideal but not essential
- An understanding of SEN
- A calm, reflective and positive attitude
- Relevant Cache training desired but not essential
- Engaging and upbeat attitude
- Must be willing to learn and enjoy working with children
