**WHAT TO EXPECT**
Effective Risk Management is key to achieving lasting success for JLR by protecting shareholder value, improving governance processes, achieving strategic objectives and building resilience to deal with adverse situations or unplanned events.

You’ll be responsible and in charge with an important task for JLR and that is to recognise and prioritise significant risks at all levels of the organisation cross-functionally, identify and address weaknesses within the internal and external control environment.

The Risk & Resilience role will be responsible for leading / supporting Manufacturing Functions & Key Stakeholders, in the following:

- Enterprise Risk Management
- Organisational Resilience
- Strategy & Sustainability
- Environmental Compliance

**WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**
- Support Manufacturing in the developing of an Enterprise-wide Risk Management framework, driving Manufacturing risk alignment in relation to the end-to-end process, collaborating with stakeholders within and across other enterprise-wide processes.
- Provide a structured process that successfully identifies, manages and controls risks allowing a clear, strong basis for informed decision-making at all levels of the organisation globally, which evaluates risk exposure in conjunction with the internal control environment.
- Consolidate Manufacturing ERM Level 1 and Level 2 Risk status for reporting to the MLC, Audit Committee and Annual Report.
- Lead the coordination and tracking of Organisational resilience efforts across the functions including Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Planning, implementation, training, testing, exercising and reviewing.
- Build resilience by formulating and documenting effective crisis management procedures, business continuity processes and disaster recovery plans.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- A good working knowledge of Risk Management.
- Knowledge of Business Continuity Planning.
- Working knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Business Systems.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, taking full ownership and responsibility for own work; fully invested in achieving a successful result.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills, including ability to manage/lead/support relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Good influencing skills and determined mindset with the ability to collaborate across various teams and skillsets to enable all people to understand processes and reasoning.
