Marketing Communications Executive

**Primary purpose of position**

The Marketing Communication Executive will play a key role in developing & implementing external communication and social media campaigns to support development of communication strategy. This role will ensure productivity targets are met as well as supporting, preparing and implementing our communication plan strategy.

**Drivers of Success**
- Develop & implement external communication and social media campaigns
- Measure and ensure benchmarks are met in terms of social media performance.
- Communicate and audit using of our Brand guidelines
- Define and clearly communicate a suite documents and literature ensuring awareness is achieved
- Coordinate the monthly Marketing Tactical Campaigns on a timely basis
- Provide analysis and reporting along with recommendations
- Develop and deliver advertising campaigns with external press offices
- Write and share Press Releases as and when necessary
- Create comprehensive social media campaigns
- Deliver campaigns that performs to meet KPI
- Administer the budget, including raising of PR/POs, monitoring and reporting of the budget to the Head of Marketing & Finance Controller monthly.
- Support the Sales & Marketing team to deliver additional tasks.
- Regularly benchmark against the industry

Job Deliverables
- Deliver enhanced customer journey by reviewing the end to end Marketing output via all the channels you are responsible for, resulting in improved customer satisfaction, improved renewal rate and by meeting sales targets.
- Providing a robust and routine reporting to evidence delivery of departmental KPIs.
- Regular auditing to ensure compliance and GDPR requirements are met for your responsibilities.
- Industry benchmarking as well as collaborative ideas to improve competitivity and customer experience.

Required experience:

- Experience and Knowledge in the Marketing environment is essential
- Experience and Knowledge of Services products and industry practice is desirable
- Knowledge of Contract Hire and Leasing industry desirable
- Experience in Project Management would be desirable
- Proven Experience of working in demanding environments with ability to achieve deadlines
- Strong IT skills to include Excel, Word and Power Point

Technical Skills and Personal characteristics:

- Strong communication and written skills is essential
- Ability to build strong relationships with key external parties is essential
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent influencing skills
