Food safety and health and safety knowledge is essential. Also previous knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements is required.
Able to liaise with the kitchen team ensuring standards are consistently high and offering excellent customer service.
Duties to include setting up breakfast/lunch/dinner services, preparing hospitality duties, some food preparation and washing up.
Assisting with the running of events, fine dining and occassional weddings. Knowledge of International cuisines is beneficial.
