Hours of work: Full time; Monday to Friday. Hybrid Working (60/40 pattern)

Benefits: Hybrid working 3 days at the office, 2 days WFH (After settling in period,) 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, Ability to purchase an additional 5 days holiday per year, Auto enrolled pension scheme EE 5% ER 3%, Perkbox, EA Programme.

**Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist**
- Complete the whole payroll life cycle from inputting hours through to year end reconciliations including pension administration.
- Deliver a high-quality payroll service to new and existing clients.
- Review bureau processing requirements on a daily basis.
- Ensure the prompt and accurate payment of salaries
- Upkeep knowledge of tax implications, and current legislation governing the processing of payroll
- Answer the phone and take messages/dealing with client enquiries
- Develop client relationships, ensuring client expectations are met and deliver excellent service

**Required Experience**:

- A can-do attitude and willingness to support others
- High quality of attention to detail
- Knowledge of current legislation governing the processing of payroll
- Experience of manual calculations
- IRIS Payroll software or similar
- Knowledge of tax implications
