**The role**

This is a hybrid role which requires a minimum of 60% of time based in the office. However, during the initial training period there will be a requirement to be in the office on a full time basis to facilitate training and learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring a high level of quality is upheld at all times, whilst meeting operational targets
- Reviewing and sanctioning second charge mortgages using a lending mandate
- Produce second charge mortgage offers and associated documentation
- Deal with queries and referrals from the wider business to optimise internal and external customer experience
- Develop a “can do” culture to optimise output, performance and customer outcomes
- Be involved in the development of business processes as the company grows, suggesting improvements to enhance the underwriting function
