The HPE FS Erskine Returns Team manages the administration of customer-returned End of Lease assets on a world-wide basis. With a remit to produce accurate customer settlement & billing, meet published turnaround times & deliver customer satisfaction, the team also facilitates a consistent supply of a wide range of quality, high-volume computer hardware for remarketing. The hardware processed ranges from notebook, desktop & printer products through to complex datacenters manufactured by every commercial vendor.

Whilst hardware assets are physically returned by the customer to the nearest HPE FS processing facility or partner throughout the world, the virtual hardware reconciliation & lease termination activities on all leased product are carried out by this unique group based in Erskine. This close-knit team currently has a vacancy for an experienced Reconciliation & Termination Specialist.

**Role details**:

- Match physical ‘customer-returned’ with ‘expected’ & ‘leased’ assets
- Analyze customer lease contracts in detail
- Create queries for interaction with customer-facing specialists
- Terminate lease contracts with a high degree of accuracy
- Resolve complex hardware portfolio issues
- Efficiently prioritize daily tasks

**Education & experience required**:

- Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree in Business, Computer Hardware or Manufacturing and/or extensive relevant experience in similar role

**Knowledge & skills required**:

- Excellent communication skills written & verbal - essential
- MS Excel skills intermediate to advanced - essential
- Advanced problem solving ability - essential
- Advanced data analysis skills - essential
- Excellent time management skills - essential
- Ability to work multiple work streams simultaneously - essential
- Close attention to detail - essential
- Ability to focus to task completion - essential
- Knowledge of server manufacturing/configuration - desirable
- Degree of familiarity with computer hardware - desirable
