**The Role - Office Cleaner x 10 hours**

AM Services Group is looking for an experienced, hardworking, and enthusiastic Cleaner to assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of a large company building, its offices, and meeting rooms based on the **Estuary Business Park, **Speke**

This is a Part time Permanent role 10hr per week, the suitable person would be available to work **Monday to Friday from 5.30am - 7.30am**

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**

To provide professional cleaning services to our client to a high standard at all times by completing all aspects of general cleaning on site.
- Complete daily cleaning tasks including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning offices and dining areas.
- Carry out any reasonable task requested by the client or Manager, if you are trained to do so.
- Operate cleaning equipment in accordance with the company health and safety procedures.
- Use cleaning materials in accordance with company health and safety and COSHH regulations.

**Skills Required**:

- Good timekeeping and attendance are both essential.
- Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
- Experience with work to tight schedules.
