**Role Overview**:
As a key member of our team, you'll tackle a wide range of tasks across various trades, ensuring top-notch workmanship and customer satisfaction. From residential properties to commercial spaces, no two days are the same in this role

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute tasks across multiple trades, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general maintenance.
- Take on projects such as renovations, repairs, installations, and upgrades with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in multiple trades, preferably with formal training or certification in one or more disciplines.
- Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, or other relevant trades.
- Ability to adapt to different job requirements and work environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Desired Skills**:

- Carpentry: Framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and repairs.
- Plumbing: Fixture installations, pipe repairs, and basic troubleshooting.
- Electrical Work: Wiring, fixture installation, and safety compliance.
- Painting: Surface preparation, painting techniques, and finishing.
- General Maintenance: Repairing, replacing, and maintaining various building components.

**Working Hours and Location**:

- Monday to Friday schedule, starting at 8:30 AM, with occasional flexibility based on project needs.
- Local travel required, primarily within S3 and S4, ensuring you're home every evening to unwind and recharge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Pay: £13.00-£19.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- Trade: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
