Townhouse Housekeeper

Padstow Townhouse is part of The Ainsworth Collection which includes our Michelin-star restaurant Paul Ainsworth at No6, Caffe Rojano and The Mariners Public House. As a member of our team you will be joining a fun, professional and supportive hospitality family.

Based right in the heart of the historic fishing port of Padstow, Padstow Townhouse comprises six individually-styled luxury suites, just five minutes’ walk from the harbour, shops and restaurants.

We are recruiting for a new team member to join our wonderful housekeeping team.

The person we are looking for will have a meticulous eye for detail, have a hard-working attitude, and as a housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring every one of our suites is cleaned and in tip top condition ready for the arrival of our guests.

At The Ainsworth Collection we recruit people, not roles. Experience is desirable but not essential as in-house training will be given. More importantly, we are looking for the right person to join our family.

This is a permanent part time role offering sociable hours (no evenings) mainly to work on a Monday, with the option to cover holidays if needed, and opportunities to progress, as well as work in our other businesses. Working in hospitality does not mean working every single hour - we encourage our team members to adopt a healthy work life balance.

**Here is a typical day in the life of Padstow Townhouse**:

- Cleaning and preparing our guests’ rooms and changeovers, making sure that every little detail is considered.
- Personally welcoming guests on arrival and assisting them to smoothly check;
- Assisting with personalised itineraries including restaurant bookings, spa treatments, trips etc
- Preparing and delivering our breakfast hampers curated by our chefs from Paul Ainsworth at No6
- Liaising with key personnel about every detail of our guests’ say, particularly our Guest Relations team, to ensure a smooth guest experience
