**Level 2 Fire Risk Assessor**

**Working days-**
Flexible depending on site inspections approx. 3 days site and 2 days for report writing/ completion depending on workload.

**Salary-**
£30k per ann - £40k per ann depending on experience

We are a family run fire and security business and have been trading since 1996, we offer a range of fire and security services across Essex and surrounding areas. As well BAFE accredited services for Fire Alarms and Extinguishers we are also a BAFE SP205 accredited company offering fire risk assessments to Care homes, Offices, Workshops and Warehouses mainly within the Essex, Suffolk and Hertfordshire Areas with some work in London and Kent.

**Summary of key responsibilities;**
- Undertaking fire risk assessments at clients premises
- Report writing
- Building relationships with clients
- Responding to ad-hoc fire related queries
- Undertaking other fire safety related consultancy works such as liaising with enforcement officers on clients behalf
- Undertaking administration duties as dictated by the needs of the organisation
- Liaising with current and potential clients
- Promotion of services

**Person Specification;**
- 2 Years experience field based fire risk assessor
- Understand the fire risk assessment process
- Nationally recognised 5-day fire risk assessment course
- Having gained acceptance on Tier 2 Competent Fire Risk Assessors Rights (CFRAR) would be an advantage but not essential.
- Good understanding and current working knowledge of the regulatory reform (fire safety) 2005.
- Fully conversant with IT - Microsoft Office Suite
- Full clean driving licence

**Salary**: £14.00-£20.00 per hour
