This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Support Workers, to work within a well-established service, supporting 5 individuals, with learning disabilities.

This service is has a large garden and a communal kitchen, dining room and lounge, which the people we support engage in house activities, eat their meals or even have a party or two

The people supported here enjoy a variety of different things, such as walks along the harbour to get a pub lunch and also going shopping. They would describe themselves as a fun bunch and love a good laugh. A great sense of humour is key to support them in their home.

The staff team here, work a two shift rota: days are 8am to 8pm and nights are 8pm to 8am. There is usually at least three staff members on shift during the day and one on shift at night.

**Due to the service location, a driving license and vehicle is essential for this role.**
