Full-time, Permanent
Salary from £23,800 - 27,000 per year
Office based in Warrington, Cheshire, located just 3 minutes from M56, Jct10.
8 hour shifts - Monday to Friday (no weekend working).

**About this role**
We are a growing organisation and currently have need to recruit a Planning Coordinator to join our Planning Scheduling & Dispatch (PS&D) department.
The ultimate purpose of the role is to lead the day to day planning, scheduling and deployment of auditors for our technical monitoring contracts, providing key technical and planning input into the delivery of an excellent service.
As part of the multi-skilled planning, scheduling and dispatch (PS&D) team, you will follow the appropriate processes to ensure that field-base operatives are attending and completing as many inspections/audits as is practical - both in respect of compliance (client/contract outputs being met) and also quality (sufficient time is allowed for adequate technical inspection to be carried out) - driving our operational and commercial performance and productivity
Our field-based operatives inspectors and auditors work nationwide, and for a variety of clients and include directly employed operatives staff and subcontracted external associates.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our scheduling team are booking as many appointments as possible to support the delivery of our contractual obligations in respect of our gas, electrical and energy efficiency auditing requirements as well as planning/scheduling works themselves.
In this role you will work collaboratively with the PS&D Manager, schedulers, field-base operatives auditors and inspectors and internal service leaders building rapport and trust, and will need to manage client enquiries promptly and professionally.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Managing the workload of our schedulers
- Data management/tracking/auditing
- Issuing of letters to residents
- Allocation of audits to surveyors
- Appointment log/issue to the assigned surveyors
- Ad Hoc complaints/queries
- Action of review meeting outcomes and reporting
- Assist in updating the monthly reporting sheets with the Project Manager
- Targets review and forecasting
- Ad Hoc support for additional auditing/reports requested
- Attendance at meetings with the Government representatives and managing agents
To undertake this role, confidence in operating multiple works management systems is vital. You must be analytical or understand data and be willing to undertake a basic disclosure.
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a deployment and scheduling role (this need not be sector/market specific). A focus on delivering an excellent service to clients is paramount.
As well as being able to demonstrate the functional and technical skills to undertake the role, you must be results-oriented and have a logical decisive approach to problem solving with resilience in the face of any setback.
You will need to be a fantastic team player and be able to motivate and build excellent personal relationships within the PS&D team, with our team of surveyors and auditors, the wider business and with our clients.
