The Catering & Facilities Management Service are looking to employ a Cleaner in Charge at the Newly refurbished Make a space Project building, High Pavement, Sutton in Ashfield, NG17 1BT. The role is to start from the 1st September 2024 when the building opens.

The hours of work are:
Monday to Thursday inclusive are 6.45pm to 9.00pm

Saturday 2.45pm to 5.00pm

Duties will include: Locking up of the building and setting the alarm at the end of the day. Cleaning duties in a section of the building such as vacuuming; washroom cleaning; sweeping; mopping; dusting; washing of furniture and window cleaning (plus occasional use of electrical cleaning machinery i.e. buffing machine and wet pick-up).

We are looking for somebody who enjoys working in a busy environment under their own initiative and who is able to communicate at all levels with management and our customers. Experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be given.
