We are the largest operator of sport and leisure facilities in Trafford, operating eight indoor facilities, one golf course and driving range and 31 outdoor football pitches, attracting over 2 million visits and employing a workforce of over 300 people. **The role**:
Joining Trafford Leisure as a Systems Trainer you will support with our ongoing digital transformation. With our investment if Microsoft 365, Gladstone 360 and changes to our operational supporting systems we need to ensure our workforce can utilise these systems to the fullest. We therefore require An experienced systems trainer to ensure our people are competent and confident to fully benefit from our systems capabilities thus ensuring we provide the best service for our customers. Working with the IT Manager, the People Team, the Training and Development Manager and our Systems Development & Support Manager you will help to form and deliver the training needed for our people.

**Experience**:
You must be an expert in developing, planning and delivering systems training across multiple sites as you will be responsible for upskilling our people, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to use our key systems. You must be adaptable and flexible as we operate 7 days a week and we are looking for someone with a high level of resilience and a demonstratable thirst for learning. We use a number of different systems here at Trafford Leisure and you will be required to train others on these.

**Location**:
You will be required to work from our various sites across Trafford although we are happy to work flexibly with you.
