We are currently looking for an experinenced Office Administrator to work in a busy local office
**Duties**
- Typing letters, memos and invoices
- Dealing with phone calls, e mails and letters form the general public
- Setting up customer files
- Setting up delivery schedules
- Reception duties
- Dealing with visitors and deliveries to site
- Post, photocopying and filing
- Using MS Office daily
**The person**
- Must have previous office experience
- Be educated to GCSE level C in both Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Have excellent I.T Knowledge including MS Word and Excel
- Be able to prioritise tasks in a busy work environment
