**Temporary Caretaker Role**

Venn Group has been approached by a leading organisation in Watford to recruit for a Mobile Caretaker on a 3 month temporary ongoing basis.

The duties will include:

- Cleaning of communal areas on high and low rise buildings
- Mopping, sweeping, brushing, basic maintenance such as changing locks and replacing lights
- Driving to different sites
- Removal of fly tipped items
- Use of company vehicle
