We’re looking for THE ONE

We’re proud of our small but dynamic office team, but we’re looking for one more person to join us, to contribute to our growth in a Sales, Marketing & Administration role.

We’re a young and modern transport company with a forward-thinking approach, specialising in private hire and contract work across Lancashire. We need someone who is hard working and enthusiastic, looking to join our company at an exciting time as we implement new ideas and grow in new directions.

Based at our main HQ in Blackpool, you will be responsible for increasing sales, dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and online, generating marketing ideas with our design team and running the social media accounts for our three brandsRedRaw Travel, Blackpool Minibuses and Lancaster Minibuses. You will be expected to be self-motivated, able to work alone as well as part of a team. You will work closely with the company directors and the full office team on a daily basis. We’re currently an office team of 6, and a driving team of 30+.

We love people who are proactive, and forth-coming with ideas to make the business better. We also love people that see value in loving where they work. We work hard, but in a relaxed environment, and enjoy social occasions as a team as often as possible.

Working week:

- 5 day week
- Monday to Friday
- 9am - 5pm
- Required to work every other Saturday (taking the Sunday and Monday off as a weekend instead).

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Confident in the use of IT systems
- Solid understanding of social media platforms
- Creative thinking
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to commute to office daily
- Past experience will be an advantage
- No formal qualifications required
