As one of our Customer Service Advisors you will be at the front line of our business, solving our customers logístical challenges and ensuring that thanks to the service they receive, they come back time and time again, becoming raving fans of our business.

We also would need the successful applicant to be comfortable talking to people at all levels.

**Requirements**:
Key attributes for the Customer Service Advisor include:
Previous experience working in a logistics or recruitment environment preferable but more important is a hard work ethic and enthusiasm.

Someone who can build rapport and develop great relationships.

Someone with a passion for providing high levels of customer service

Meticulous attention to detail with strong word and excel experience.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Somebody who wants to work for a company that cares about the personal and professional growth of it’s team members.

Someone who wants to build a career with purpose helping us improve the service standards of our industry

Full driving licence
