**Job description**

We are looking to recruit a Fitters Mates / General Labourer to join our small, friendly team on a temporary/ongoing contract to suit our business needs.

Although a driving licence is not essential, you will be required to start work at 7am
Monday - Friday from our Offices at Innsworth, so your own transportation will be required to get you to and from our base.

Although preferred, you do not need to have experience in fitting Garage Doors.

We ask that you bring a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, and a positive team spirit.
- Be punctual, hardworking and motivated
- MUST HAVE a keen willingness to learn new skills and learn on the job
- Be clean and presentable at all times
- Be a genuine team player - helping all team members when required
- Be generally fit and healthy as heavy manual work plays an integral part in day to day tasks
- Have good customer service skills in order to liaise with customers at their premises
- Demonstrate awareness of Health and Safety whilst working on site
- Be prepared to work outside all year round, in the wonderful warm summer months and the freezing winter too

Daily, you will work with our experienced engineers on the following, but are not limited to, attending to the fitting of Up and Over Garage Doors, Roller Shutters, Sectional Garage Doors, Personnel Doors, General maintenance and repairs. Taking deliveries, cleaning and tidying and general duties to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the business.
