2 days a week, some flexibility but will be towards the end of the week, between Wednesday and Friday

08.30 to 16.30

Help unload deliveries, place stock in storage.

Load van for deliveries to customers

Act as drivers mate for local deliveries, including unloading at clients office.

Lifting involved but will be assisted.
