**The Who, What, Where, When & Why**

Would you like to join a scaling company as its first in-house multimedia designer? We are looking for someone to play a critical role in shaping our visual brand narrative and to help us ensure that all our visual communications effectively convey the right message and align with our OMS identity.

Because of your visual communication skills, more people will get to know OMS, and we will be able to deliver more training, more quickly, and at a higher quality to those that need it, both on the front lines of healthcare and in healthcare education.

Because of you, patients’ lives will be saved.

**Who you are**:

- You are a multi-disciplined designer who has developed their skills over a minimum of 5+ years, with professional design experience for marketing purposes
- You are confident designing materials for print, including brochures, banners, printed hoodies, and maybe even stress ball dogs.
- You also minor and are happy to edit the occasional video (it isn’t a major part of the job, but it would be great if you had some video experience)
- You are experienced and competent in core design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere Pro), plus other relevant design tools
- You are collaborative by nature, open to feedback and happy to optimise and refine designs based on feedback, data analysis or user testing
- You are a self-starter happy to drive yourself forward
- You are organised and enjoy having more than one plate spinning - you can manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs
- Understanding web design principles is desirable, and if you have experience in video editing and some animation, that’s a big plus.
- Strong communication skills to present ideas and discuss design concepts
- You’ll have proven experience in conveying complex information through clear design
- You are up for occasional travel as you may be needed for client visits when your design skills are needed

**What you'll be doing**:

- You will sit within our marketing team and work closely with key people from the wider customer space, including sales, customer success, and product.
- You will play a critical role in shaping our visual narrative and ensuring that all our visual communications effectively convey our message and align with our brand
- You will use your graphic design skills to create a range of graphics that can be used in a broad number of ways, e.g. social media posts, website, marketing collateral or other promotional materials
- You will be creating visually appealing and informative slide decks for our customer teams to use in presentations, webinars and training sessions.
- You might produce and edit videos for different platforms, e.g. LinkedIn or YouTube, as well as for our website
- You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering the visual content on our social media platforms and websites
- You’ll often design print materials for our conferences, such as banners, brochures, merchandise and swag
