Winstanley house is based within a heritage listed building that has been restored to a 5* standard and offers hotel bedrooms, suites, a restaurant, conference and banqueting rooms.

This positions focuses on the development of the room revenue and looking after our guests on entering and exiting the building.

This is our second hotel and we like our staff to be highly motivated, good fun with fantastic personalities and the ability to get on with anyone. We offer a different approach to the hospitality industry and how we treat our staff.

Duties

Smart and articulate you would be the kind of person that goes out of their way to make all guests feel like they are royalty.

Experience isn't strictly necessary from the hotel industry but we would need you to have strong admin skills and a great telephone manner.

This is definitely not a 9-5 job so you will be expected to work early mornings and late in the evenings (10pm)

If you have previous Guest Relations, Reception or Front of House experience we would love to hear from you.

- Well presented and excels at customer service.
- Can demonstrate excellent knowledge of the industry and the Sales function
- Has experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
