We are looking for a creative and talented Social Media Intern to help build a multi-faceted social presence and grow our clients online. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants an opportunity to implement their marketing skills in a growing firm.

**Responsible for**:
Create insightful creative content for and implement strategies on key social sites and engage with followers on sites that include emerging Chinese Social Media Channels

Develop a social media strategy that will include best practice guidelines (tips, specific platform advice, hashtags etc.) to maximise engagement

Create a content calendar to align with the business goals

Create and actively monitor and handle outreach across all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and others, as needed

Provide statistics and analytics on social performance

Establish and build digital relationships with publications, influencers and brands that will boost the company's profile

Identify and create new ways to enhance engagement and following on social channels

Communicate with followers and respond to questions and comments in a timely manner

**Requirements**:
Work proficiency in Mandarin Chinese

Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills in both Chinese and English

Attention to detail and intense multitasking, and time management skills

Able to work within a team and independently with a positive attitude to learning.

Experience creating & developing social media content

An in-depth understanding of organic social media platforms' best practices

Commitment to championing representation and inclusion at every level with a proven ability to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds

Proficient in social media management tools.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites/Final Cut Pro/DaVinci Resolve is a bonus but not essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£20.00 per day
