**Job Description**:
Quality Assurance Associates (QAA) sit within the FSG (Field Support Group) and deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. Throughout the Quality Assurance process act as a point of contact for internal colleagues within the Visa team and wider business - responding and resolving all queries within agreed SLA’s, escalating where appropriate.

Quality Assurance Associates execute a range of background checks, liaising with third parties to ensure completion in a timely manner. They manage and resolve any discrepancies identified during the screening process. The QAA reports directly to the SBSM (Senior Business Support Manager).

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivers a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
- Act as a point of contact for internal colleagues within the FSG team and Visa team - responding and resolving all queries within agreed SLA’s, escalating where appropriate.
- Develops strong relationships with peers in other departments
- Ability to present and articulate in a confident manner at all levels and with external parties
- Provide constructive feedback on errors/information
- Provide support and cover for other quality assurance associates within the team where required.
- Accountable for the auditing of Client specific compliance for the FSG (Field Support) team.
- Completes audits on internal data - documenting audit findings.
- Provide support on Compliance queries within the Screening Supplier portals used within the team adhering to both Client and AGS standards
- Collate and Complete all Client mandated audits
- Audit all key documentation on a continual basis as required by the business (E.g. Right to work documents, insurances)
- Responsible for data entry, validation of data and integrity for all information entered into key systems
- Is able to Identify and extract key information from the system to support the strategic aims of the business
- Executes standard process to ensure operational efficiency and eliminate risk to the business Compliance
- Adhere to Client specific requirements when monitoring necessary background checks including but not limited to, criminal, professional, employment and credit checks
- Understands and applies legislation effecting the business and contractors, managing change in line with legislation
- Advises internal and external customers on policies, compliance, and any other information that affects the business and/or the individual
- Support on referencing both obtaining and completing where necessary.
- Able to support on adverse findings identified within screening and advise on necessary escalation process where appropriate.

- Previous working knowledge of Microsoft and Oracle packages
- Previous experience of working within an office or administration
- Knowledge of onboarding and screening processes, visa requirements and recruitment laws, both in the UK and other countries around Europe
- Able to understand and communicate complex information
- Able to present complex information to a variety of audiences
- Proven experience in using a background screening portal and the ability to confidently navigate around it.
