James George Recruitment are seeking a creative and positive individual to join an expanding marketing team local to Braintree and Colchester.

This position has become available due to expansion, and as Marketing Executive you’ll be supporting a friendly team and Manager in wonderful premises.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

As Marketing Executive, your job will involve:

- Playing a key role in the growth of content creation to optimise customer engagement
- Managing content calendar
- Creating and publishing designs and content for multiple platforms, in multiple forms
- Monitoring how successful a campaign has been received
- Copywriting social media content
- Ad-hoc marketing support when required

**Individual Requirements**

We are looking for someone who is of course creative and self-starting, with a positive and driven attitude. You’ll also need to:

- Have an excellent level of written English and grammatical knowledge
- Be computer literate (Microsoft Suite)
- Be proficient in digital design
- Ideally have some working experience on social media platforms
- **Previous marketing experience would be desired, but it is not essential.**

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join a reputable firm and put their creativity and ambition to excellent use and recognition.

Please note that this is a full-time, office-based position in a great location.
