Job description

The Safer Communities Team in Ealing lead on anti-social behaviour investigation and enforcement, focussing on effective intervention and enforcement action as well as projects focussed on improving quality of life for all residents.

Working within a fast-paced service, you will be responsible for leading on and coordinating partnership solutions to community safety challenges across a geographical cluster. A sound understanding of legislation (including housing and anti-social behaviour law) is key to this role. Knowledge of intervention and enforcement tools are desirable but not compulsory attributes - an eagerness to learn and to develop your practice is key, as are customer focus and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This role is deemed customer facing and as such you must have a command of spoken English which is sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role. This requirement relates to Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016
