The Maintenance Operative will be a general handyman liaising with various departments.

Static Days 6am - 6pm on a 4 on 4 off rotation

**Pay rate**: £11.61 per hour plus £17.42 per hour for overtime

**The job roles and responsibilities include**:

- Provid ing general housekeeping tasks ( mow grass, litter picking, tidying up, painting )
- Liais ing with Goods In and other departments regarding wood skip exchange and

replenishment.
- Deliver ing items from Goods In O ffice to various departments.
- Restock ing cleaners’ cupboards with cleaning products and toiletries when delivered.
