**Salon Support Assistant**:
Client Communication
- General Receptionist Duties
- Scheduling Appointments
- Keeping up with appointment changes
- Sending notifications and reminders to clients
- Greeting clients & hospitality
- Consult clients through services and products
- Seek feedback & and forward complaints to manager
- Maintaining client base
- Take Payments and note client deposits
- Forward clients refund requests

Social Media
- Create social media and promotional content
- Take pictures and record videos in the salon
- Reply to customers via social media

Admin Tasks
- Documentation / paperwork
- Stock maintenance
- Deliveries
- Boost salon image

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Tips

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff wear a mask when with customers

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Harborne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Admin or Reception: 1 year (preferred)
