Head Bartender

An opportunity has arisen for a driven & comitted Head Bartender in our 3 Rosette Restaurant. The required candidiate must have a passion for seasonality and locally sourced produce, and the desire to create unique drink offerings to complement the menu produced by our kitchen team. An understanding of wild and foraged products and their flavour profiles is preferred.

The role is based on a four day working week from Wednesday to Saturday, and the successful candidiate would be responsible for the running and upkeep of the bar service, creating a drinks offering, maintaining service standards, ordering, training and cleanliness of bar & store areas.

Proven track record in a similar role, a portfolio of cocktail creations and a sound knowledge of "The Classics". A sound wine knowledge would be preferred. Personal Licence holder required.
