We’re looking for talented hair & beauty creatives to join our already amazing team. Years of experience isn’t a necessity, BUT we are looking for new team members that have that special something, and want to progress in the hair & beauty industry, training provided.

More than one position/space is available on part time or full time basis, employed & self employed - on a rent or % split depending on what works best for each individual, terms to be agreed.

Every new client you bring in that books in services over £20 you receive a £10 bonus

Rent includes all utility bills, use of the salon landline, Wifi, and waste collection. Hazardous waste collection can be arranged upon request.

Support with marketing is provided via the salons social media & website.

Location: speedwell road, Colchester, Essex.

You will have use of all salon backwash, hair/make up stations, beauty bed, nail desk with all tools, including extractor fan, lighting, UV lamp, dehumidifier.

training can be provided in other areas but some experience is essential, must have a passion and be available to learn and put skills to work, support with funded enrollment also available.

Duties will include:

- Perform consultations with clients to determine their beauty needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Manage inventory of beauty products and supplies.
- Upsell additional services and products to clients.
- marketing

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working as a beautician or in a similar role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions and other specialized beauty treatments is a plus.
- Experience in store management or mentoring other beauticians is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £19,261.00-£20,880.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
