Due to the hugely successful growth of Agincare, we are looking to expand our recruitment team by appointing a recruitment administrator to join our team. If you’re a highly organised ‘people person’ and you’re looking for a recruitment role in a sector that makes a difference, we look forward to hearing from you.

**About the role**

You will be:

- Complete any onboarding tasks and duties appropriate to the process including references, DBS checks, booking training, and Right to Work in the UK documentation
- Building and maintain excellent working relations with all stakeholders

**About You**

You will preferably have previous experience within the care industry and/or have worked in a recruitment capacity in the past - either as a recruiter or recruitment administrator.

As a** Recruitment Administrator**, we are looking for people who;
- Have extensive experience in a customer focused, fast paced recruitment role and have the Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Understand people and establish individual needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised, with a flexible approach.
