Your role and a few of your Responsibilities?
- Senior Architectural Technologist.
- To be able to confidently carry out detailed design stage risk assessments.
- To promote appropriate working standards within the office, this includes checking team drawings.
- Attend regular site visits.
- Prep specifications for construction work.
- Design proposals using AutoCAD.
- Job runner + team lead.
- Evaluation of contracts and tenders.
- AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and MS Office proficiency.
- Experienced NBS Specification Manager.
- Good understanding and experience of building regs, BREEAM, CDM and other regulations that may be used.
- Good understanding of design aspects and construction projects influences.
- Experienced team lead and job runner.
- Care sector experience would be advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years' experience.
