**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer orders and ensure accuracy of information.
- Maintain customer databases and order records.
- Provide customer service support for order inquiries.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new stock when necessary.
- Provide reports on order status and other related data.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,694.40-£23,000.00 per year
