- Job Title: Junior Social Media Executive
- Location: Manchester City Centre (flexible working available)
- Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (based on experience)

- Reports into: Senior Marketing Manager

With a desire to get stuck into social media, your role at Loaded Hype would involve supporting the delivery of key campaign activity, driving organic social growth and upholding a strong social presence across all our commercial and consumer clients.

From cleantech recruitment to alcohol-free drinks, you’ll play an active role in executing strategy and campaigns for a range of exciting clients. Your day-to-day job will involve a range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to) scheduling and publishing a variety of content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok, engaging and growing communities, and liaising with influencers and businesses to foster brand-building partnerships.

Ideally, you’ll have experience with all the main social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter; have a fundamental understanding of social media scheduling tools; and ultimately be enthusiastic about social media.

There will also be opportunities for you to develop your marketing skills further, helping to form marketing strategy and content calendars, and liaising with our in-house content creation team to effectively deliver strategy and campaigns.

With a keen interest in marketing, you’re a confident communicator and team worker, with strong attention to detail. Now, we’re looking for a new Junior Social Media Executive to join our team and support our continued evolution

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and publish supplied content across all social platforms for both consumer and commercial clients, as per the provided content calendars
- Manage, optimise and grow key client social media accounts
- Manage influencer and brand outreach for key consumer clients
- Produce social reports for consumer and commercial accounts as outlined by the Senior Marketing Manager
- General administration

**Role requirements**
- Have excellent organisation skills
- Pride yourself on attention to detail
- Be passionate about all social media platforms whilst understanding their nuances
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident learning and using different digital marketing tools, including but not limited to, Socialbu, Later, SocialBlade, Hootsuite
- Ideally one-year experience as a marketing assistant or executive - client side and agency both considered
