Transactional Buyer

Exciting opportunity for a Transactional Buyer to join this leading Global Financial Services organisation in a newly created Procurement Operations Team

Do you have experience of Transactional Buying, utilising PSLs, framework agreements, rate cards in a fast-paced environment. If so, this role could be for you. You'll be a member of the Buying Team which is responsible for ensuring that the appropriatetransactional buying channels are utilised, effectively managing the supply chain. You will act as a gatekeeper, reviewing and challenging supplier on-boarding and new category requests globally.

Transactional Buyer Experience Required:

- Experience of building and maintaining strong Stakeholder Relationships providing both support and challenge.
- Strong negotiation and supplier engagement skills.
- Excellent IT and numeracy skills, especially Microsoft Office.
- Experience of process implementation, management, and improvement.
