As a Automation Tester at Bionical Solutions, you will join the Quality team to lead the testing of software solutions on a variety of projects for clients in the healthcare sector.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products, driving test automation strategies, and continuously improving our testing processes and frameworks.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Framework Development**: Build and maintain scalable and efficient automation frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery.

**Test Case Creation**: Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive automated test cases to ensure appropriate coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.

**Test Automation Strategy**: Work with your team to implement a robust test automation strategy that aligns with the overall quality assurance goals.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, product managers, insights teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate automated testing into the development process.

**Defect Identification**: Identify, document, and track defects, working with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

**Code Reviews**: Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of automated test scripts.

**Continuous Improvement**: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, and continuously improve the automation processes and tools.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in both structured manual testing and test automation.
- Experience using programming languages such as.Net or JavaScript.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, NUnit, MSTest, or similar.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
