**Sales Progressor**

The Sales Progressor role plays a pivotal part in our business and the home buying process. You will be instilling confidence in our clients and supporting them to achieve a successful outcome and completion. The role focuses on providing exceptional service and problem solving skills, to help overcome any issue that you are faced with.

**The Role**
- Working alongside our sales branches, you will be progressing all agreed sales through to a satisfactory exchange of contracts and subsequent completion.
- This role heavily involves telephone liaison and administration, as you will be dealing with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Home Buyers and Owners.
- Chasing the progression from each party, making sure the correct documentation and contracts are in place.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
