We are seeking a motivated and driven person to join our team as a Property Photographer/Domestic Energy Assessor. This is an opportunity to work for a leading West Midlands Estate Agent offering award winning services to our clients. **Requirements**:

- Knowledge of photography and photo editing software
- Natural flair to write descriptively
- Well-presented and well spoken
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Team player
- Ability to build rapport with all customers
- Proficient with technology
- Ready and able to study to become a qualified domestic energy assessor
- Use of your own car to attend appointments

**Responsibilities**:

- Property photography
- Edit photographs using Lightroom and Photoshop
- Gather measurements and draw out floor plans
- Energy Performance Certificates
- Key administration and compliance tasks
- Creation of online advert
