Opex Co-ordinator

We are currently looking for an Operational Excellence Coordinator for our Bromborough site reporting to the Site Director and part of the senior leadership team.

Your Role
- You will be responsible for training/coaching and ensuring the proper usage of the Management Pillar tools, by actively supporting the use of Root Cause Analysis to resolve issues to drive KPI performance.
- You would proactively work with the Site management team to use the lean tools to improve processes and results.

What you’ll need
- Real impactful gravitas and presence. An individual with energy, stamina, and passion.
- Experience in Lean Manufacture / Continuous Improvement preferably with experience in a FMCG Industry.
- You will be able to demonstrate evidence of creating a strong culture of involvement and influence with people through empowerment and coaching and have strong leadership skills.
- We would be looking for you to drives ownership and accountability into every level of our Site. An ability to drive positive change that improves our business and performance.
- Strong analytical skills & problem solving
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Experience in Lean Manufacture / Continuous Improvement (important but not essential) We are looking for an individual that knows what good looks like from a food production and processing standpoint.
- Evidence of creating strong culture of involvement and influence with people through empowerment and coaching
