The Sales Operations Representative C&I (Commercial & Industrial) is a member of the Sales Operations team and reports to the Sales Operations Manager. The role is responsible for operational Sales support across the C&I and strategic portfolio, providingdedicated resource for the most valuable opportunities and relationships. The Support Representative provides an effective liaison between C&I Business Development Managers out in the field, internal departments in the office, direct customers and third-partypartners, facilitating on behalf of Sales through the sales journey.
This role is Hybrid working 1 day in the office on site in Milton Keynes and 4 days at home
**Duties**:
? Management of administrative lead / tender-to-quote processes on behalf of C&I Business Development Managers
? Review and process of large and complex data sets, using analytical skills and tools to identify gaps and other potential issue within the data.
? Dedicated Sales support resource for ‘platinum’ third party intermediary relationships, direct C&I and other strategic accounts.
? Point of contact for general sales queries from dedicated relationships when C&I Business Development Managers are unavailable
? Pricing support on behalf of C&I Business Development Managers as required, communicating with colleagues to understand requirements and ensuring offers are issued accurately and by the due date.
? Other ad-hoc tasks at the request of the Sales Operations Manager and/or C&I Sales Director
**Experience**:
? Strong attention to detail
? Developed organisational skills with the ability to summarise complex detail in a concise format
? Analytical and with experience using Excel to manipulate data
? Confident working across multiple, complex data sets
? Experience in a Sales and/or Pricing **Support** role esp. within the energy industry is desirable
? Experience with large/key/strategic customers (in a **support capacity**) is desirable
